Fishing Rods

i recently bought a helium rod from the kistler website. i was undecided on what to buy had a ton of questions and not a lot of money (you know this economy crap sucks!). after about 10 e-mails from lance then he called me and after a 30 min long phone conversation i bought a rod. i cant tell you guys enough how important personalized customer service is these days. it is rare when you find a company that commited to their customers!!!!!! i cant wait to get my rod in the mail!!!!!!
