2008 OR 2009 KISTLER PLUS RODS BLACK BLANKS

WHATS THE DEAL WITH THESE RODS GUYS.are they the same thing as what/what are the y made out of/some say they were selling for $69.99.are these rods better or as good as the kistler steel rods?whats the diff.

We have one distributor who purchased several 2009 Graphite Plus rods to be sold at a deep discount. The quality is about the same as the Carbon Steel. Sweet deal for $69!
