Does anybody have some big fish pictures they would like to show off? Please indicate where you caught them and any good stories that go with it.

This is a 12.5 lb. bass I cuaght out of Toledo Bend in April 1997 or 1998. The fish was cuaght during a tournament and released. The fish was 28 1/2" long and was almost spawned out. She had a big belly but it was thin. I am surprised I was able to stand up in this picture because of the excitement.

MN Bass

Postby mnbassadventures » 3/23/05 12:13pm

Here is a 5 lb'er from Minnesota. Caught during a tournament on the Alexandria chain of lakes. Not really huge in the scheme of things but seeing the state record in MN is a little over 8 lbs this is not bad

Clifford: I started to 'gig' you for showing a pic where there was no Kistler rod used but since you didn't specify that, I'll let it go this time :D .

Adam: I live in Warner Robins, GA which is in the middle of the state. Most of those pics were taken in a swamp pond near Elko, GA that I am fortunate to have access to.
