Another Great Customer Service Incident

I ordered two 7'MC HeliumÌs to use in my tournament tomorrow. I got them today and one of the tips of the rod was broke off. I called as soon as I saw that, talked to Clifford and I have a new rod coming. Even though I won't get to use one of them tomorrow, I still will have it for the next one.
