I was introduced by dan, along with about 5,000,000 other people he tells. He has to be one of the top 10 salesmen of kistler rods. I love kistler rods, even though I dont have a helium (silver series). I am thinking about upgrading sometime soon though to a helium. :D

Thank you LW and welcome to Kistlers forums. I've been selling something most of my adult life and the quotas never go down :D .

My first kistler rod

Postby walls186 » 3/30/05 3:25am

I finally ordered my first Kistler LTA today. I've been visiting this forum and the forums on Bassboatcentral.com for over a year know. Kistler's reputation for making a quality fishing rod and it's strong support from fellow anglers is what pursuaded me to make this first purchase. I'm postive I made the right choice and will soon be enjoying the benefits of being a Helium owner. :D

Introduction to Kistler

Postby Bigred_seeker » 5/6/05 10:19pm

I met Trey at the Fishing Show in Garland, TX several years ago. I had remarked to another vendor that I was considering a certain popping rod. He steered me around the corner to Trey and said "You need to talk to this guy". Trey patiently discussed the history of the rod business in Texas and described the advantages of the Kistler vs the one I was considering. (and had already purchased for my Bro-in-law.) I ordered a 7' popping rod on the spot, and am still fishing with it for Specs, Reds, Black Bass, you name it.
I look forward to getting my hands on a Helium. :D

Welcome to Kistler's family BRS! I envy you in that I would love to meet(and fish with) Trey. Oh, and do get a Helium; a HE70MC to be specific :D . I'll just bet it will be 'up' to those saltwater fish.
