I noticed last night that the insert in the tip of my 66 Composite had gone a miss. I gave Clifford a call this morning to arrange shipping or order tha parts I needed to repair the rod. I don't know when or where I lost the insert and did not ask for or think it was a warranty issue. Clifford said no problem, he would just pop a new tip and glue in the mail....NO CHARGE! 8) I know a tip is not a lot of money but he gave me instructions on how to do the repair and said they would be in the mail today. That kind of customer service really makes me proud to own Kistler products. Thanks a ton Clifford. :wink: Customer service has lost a lot of its meaning with a majority of companies these days. In addition to making the best fishing rod I have found, they also have awesome customer service. 8) 8) 8)

I second that!!! KISTLER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!!!! Trey and his people always go the extra mile for all customers.

Talk about being known for great customer service! Guy's last night I happen to be in the GY chatroom and we were chatting about what rod's were the best and so on and so forth, and some of the guy's there were Kistler owner's, they were very happy with there rod's and needless to say all had good things to say about them. One guy's response when I asked him what he thought about Kistler rod's was
"I don't own one, but I hear they have great customer service!"
If that dont tell you something, I think you just might be living under a rock! :wink:
