I have a spinning LTA that has lost the insert on one of the guides. Can a new insert be popped in or do I need to replace the entire guide?

You can pop it back in and superglue it temporarily, but it will fall out sooner or later. If you would like, we can fix it for you or we can mail you a guide to fix yourself or your local rod and reel repair service guy.

Well, it doesn't seem very effective to ship the rod back and forth for this. I don't remember if this rod is an '07 or'08 model. I'll check and have you send me one. Can I tell you which position it is in on the rod model # or do you need the size? If size, what is the correct way to measure it?

Just count up from the reel seat and we can match it exactly. Thank you,

Trey, it looks like the guide is held on with something like tape. Is it held on with winding under that? If not, where do I get that material?
