HI MEN, WOULD THE HELIUM LTA HE76MHS SPINNING ROD BE A GOOD CHOICE FOR DRAGGING, POPPING A 1/2 OZ.TUBE IN 30' OR SO OF OPEN WATER FOR SMOUTH MOUTH ????????? THX. AGAIN, JOHN HOWELL
