Fishing Rods

Last week i had to send a rod back to kistler do to a warranty return. I have to say the customer service is second to none. I shipped my rod out last monday and i received a new one within a week. Trey I must say you run a class A operation, your staff was more than helpful and pleasant to deal with. I own 8 kistler rods now and plan on purchasing at least two or three more this fall and winter before next season begins. Cindy, Billy and Ryan.....thank you for your help on making this transition a pleasant one.
