Out of all the Rods the Helium LTA, Magnesium, and Graphite plus. Which ones the best?

To me, the best Texas Rig Rod is the Helium LTA (He70MHC). To be as light and sensitive as this rod is and still have the back bone to pull fish out of cover, you just couldn't ask for a better rod. It has extra fast power for great hook sets and medium heavy action to get your fish from the cover to the boat. Awsome Rods.

All lines of Kistler Rods are awesome and all are very sensitive with great feel. A few considerations are handle style and price. I have been very happy with the Magnesium TS 7' (Senko Worm Special) model: MgSWMH70. I love this rod for texas rigging plastics. I typically use 3/16-1/2 ounce weights. The rod has great sensitivity and plenty of backbone to get the fish out of cover fast. I also prefer the way the split handle fits my hand, not to mention the rod is very light. Awesome rod!!!

Good choices already listed...

The rods mentioned already are all great choices. I love my 6'10" MH Mg, but the handle on the "Chatterbait" TS one does NOT have a blank through reel seat, and I feel I lose some feel in it, when jigging or Texas rigging, compared to other rods I own.

If you want to really feel it all on the bottom, use fluorocarbon line and Parasite tungsten clip weights. I made the switch and when Texas rigging, the ticks from grass, mud, rocks, Oh yeah, and FISH, etc...transmits like nothing I have felt before...just AMAZING!

Hope I can mention Parasite here. :?:

in my opinion you need a rod with quite a bit of feel for texas rigging and the helium lta is the best option for the money and quality.
