Fishing Rods

This is late getting posted, but this was how my winter weekends went. I would get up with my daughter about 7am. My fishing ( - - blocked - - ) would meet me at the dock at 10am. We would be layered up in all of our cold weather gear to brave temps as cold as 30. On this fine day it was about 40 and the water temp was about the same. I had a blade bait on my LTA fishing main channel points, about 25' of water. I had caught a few fish that day. It was 3 pm and about time to call it a day. Time for that one last cast. As I hopped the bait I felt a very light tick, thanks to My LTA. The fish did not put up much of a fight, I wouldn't either in 40 degree water. It was a 6.5lb Largemouth. This is the biggest largemouth I have every caught. The pics are of me and my ( - - blocked - - ), only one has a Kistler (LTA) he loves it.
