When big smallies are biting light, there is nothing more sensitive than a Kistler Rod.

Those are great fish. How long before you let your son run the trolling motor?

You might want to ask when does Dad get a little time in the front of the boat. His Grandfather has taken up residence on the back deck of his boat too.

Most encouraging sign!

Sweet! I am very inspired to see some Indiana bass like those. From a fellow Hoosier, "It's about time!"

Let's hope they're hitting like that at Patoka this weekend, for the Saturday USA Bassin' tourney.

Great catches, and the Kistler jersey looks slick!

And the magic bait is...???

Real men throw pink! LOL!

Postby Blister72 » 4/4/08 12:08pm

I have no problem throwing pink lures. (Especially in muddy/ murky water...)

I have seen many caught on those "sherbert" colored worms too. I'm secure enough in my manhood to do the same, if it catches fish. Hahaha!

Time to copy and paste and do some last minute on-line research/ shoppin'.

I know I have some Red Eye shads in fire craw, and chartreuse/ black that might do the trick too, as they're always tied on my Kistler 7' Crankbait Composite rod.

Thanks for the tip, becuse you know it just may not work for me, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Appreciate it, Jason D.
