LTA Drop- Shot Rod on Fork!

Postby csinkey » 2/18/08 11:48am

Ryan-
Those Drop-shot rods you built for me have been outstanding. We fished a Media tournament Saturday and finished 13th, and took home a check.
We boated about 30 fish all day on drop-shots, and the rods worked great. Here is a pic of the biggest fish on Saturday. 5 lbs. slot fish and the rod handled this fish great!
Best rods in the world, Im greatful to be part of the Team!
Thanks guys!

Specialty Drop Shot?

Postby Slide_R » 2/19/08 3:42pm

Chris,
Congratulations on your finish. Lots of good slot fish that day and some serious competion in that field of anglers. A certain RedSkeeter was right on your tail that day and I think KenA may have just nipped your weight.

Can you give us more information on your Drop shot rod that was built? Drop shot is the next Kistler rod that I am looking for.
God Bless,

Thanks Slide-R.
Ive never been real good with spinning rods, so I had Ryan and the guys make me a 6'9" Medium LTA (Casting) drop-shot rod with a split grip handle. And, boy, talk about unbelievable! They are sweet!
Next time your out at Fork, and see me, Ill show them to you. You will absolutely love them!

Ryan-
Come on up any time! Fishing has been real good and will only get better. Water temps have been from 51 to 53 on average.

Again, love the rods, and blessed to be part of the Kistler Team.
