Fishing Rods

Hi,

I have recently enquire about the crankbait series with kistler. Unfortunately, there's no reply to my queries. After a fruitful search and review, I have decided to acquire one. However, I am located on another part of the world in ( - - blocked - - ), specifically Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I badly need information on shipping and also on how secured the package would be since rod is a fragile item and I don't want to have broken rod if kistler do send to me.

Anyone can help me on the above? Don't think I can get any here in Malaysia or other South East ( - - blocked - - ) countries.. Maybe, I would be the first one!! Can't wait to have one...

I would either call Kistler or send them an email. You should get a response back

I did send them a email first but it has been a few days! No reply yet.

When did you send the email? Maybe they didn't get it. Wait a few more days and send it to them again. Trey will get back to you if he sees the emal.

Speaking to the packaging inquiry, I can say from my past experiences that rod is probably going to be more securely packaged than most anything you ever received. Aside from curious postals inspectors and, in your case, possibly customs officials, nothing is going to get to or at that rod, assuming it's shipped the same way as the domestic shipping I receive my Kistlers through - double wrapped in bubble wrapat both ends and snuggly fit into a piece of PVC pipe. (Neighbors at one time were worried I was ordering missiles on-line...).
