I've spooled one reel with it 10# Smoke (casting reel Quantum Tour Edition). It seems to be kind of stiff. Due to business and weather I haven't been on the water in a couple of weeks, so I haven't actually fished with it yet. But if the weather holds (they say it will) I'll be on the lake all day Tursday and will let you know how it does.....

Charles,
I was turned onto the Hybrid in 2005. It is the only line I use for drop shotting and I have started to use it alot more for crankin, chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. I have been very happy with it for those applications

I'm not arround here often. Yo-Zuri is just about the only line I've used for 2 years now. I love this line. The regular Hybrid is what I use for crankbait/spinnerbait (smoke or green) and other fast moving baits. I like the Ultra Soft (green) for plastics as it is a little softer and easier to cast with the plastics. Drop shotting i like the H2O fleurocarbon they introduced last year. Hybrid is abrasion resistant, low vis and about 33% stronger than the line #test rating, allowing you do downsize your line should you choose. Good stuff!
