i have a rod and the grip is real slick not like some of the other ltx2 i have seen it is so bad that it is difficult to handle when it becomes wet .any one else have this problem ?

no problem with my H2's handles, actually I have just the opposite occur. I think my grip actually has a slight improvement when it is wet. Has your handle come in contact with any foreign substance, like WD40 or something?

no it has not i have felt other grips and they have a different feel to them more texture to it mine is more of a slick feeling to it

I would suggest contacting the dealer you bought it from, see if they would look into it, maybe they could contact customer service and see if they are having any problems. I know that unlike other companies, Kistler cares about their customers and is willing to do(within reason) what they can to keep their loyal customers happy.

Some of the 2005 He2 rods shipped to stores without the treatment to the handle, therefore, the grip is not as it should be. Please send it back so that we can treat the handle correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your business,
