He2MC66 problem

Postby Robert » 8/20/07 11:35am

This is my first post here so i would like to say HI to everyone here

I have a little problem with my LTX
Friday when i was fishing local lake in the park i broke my Helium LTX II rod
I have this rod for almost a year now and i love it
Rod broke about 8 inches from the tip when i was landing the fish
There was about 3 or 4 feet of mud between me and water line so i had to slide the fish on that mud to get it
Thats when the rod broke
I like to know if im covered by warranty and if yes what to send back
I dont have the top section that broke because the line snaped and the section fell in to the lake
Thank You
Robert

Robert,

We apologize for the delayed response. Our staff was out of the office for a company fish day yesterday. I'm glad we were able to take your call and solve your problem. We do try our best to communicate with our customers as fast as possible.

Thank you for the patience,
