Fishing Rods

hi, im new here and i would like some suggestion. thanks first

i always fish at east river on Lower East Side (south seaport) and planning to go battery park. i usually use bunker and shrimp to fish. sometimes jig. the only fish i caugh was bluefish, striper bass, and sometimes erl any one know a spot would be nice to fish and what else to use as bait? thanks

What else did you expect to catch over there ?
