Any Suggestions??

I purchased a Magnesium TS 7' MH at Cabela's a while back. I wanted a 6'9'' MH, but they didn't have any in stock. I bought this rod for fishing finesse jigs 1/4-7/16, and also for skipping docks. It is a hair longer than I prefer for dock skipping, and a bit more soft in the tip than my taste for normal pitching. Is the 6'9'' going to be any more stout, or is the 7' H going to be the way to go??? Thanks in advance for your help! Are they going to make a 6'9'' H??

Here's the scoop. We do not have plans to make a 6'9" Heavy, but there is the MgHCFS68 Heavy Cover Fish Snatcher 6'8" Magnesium.

This rod has a little tip action without the ( - - blocked - - ) feel of the typical heavy powered rod. If you don't want to go with a longer 7' rod, then this 6'8" would be ideal for your application.

Hope this helps,
