Warranty work?

How long does warranty work typically take?
I sent in a LTA over 3.5 weeks ago with a check and all the required information and I have not
had any feeback, I have sent a couple of email etc just to try and get some ideal.
I do have the tracking # so I am sure it was delivered.

Kevin, your rod went out yesterday. I am very sorry for the delay in responding as we have been swamped with business. Also, we have been backordered on your rod style for awhile because of high demand. You should have it the first of the week. Let me know if I can be of any assistance in the future.
