Hank Parker's Prop-Aid

Hank Parker's Prop Aid is the newest addition to the Kistler line of products that will help fishermen and boaters who "spin a hub". Spinning a hub is when the protective rubber sleeve has absorbed the shock of the prop hitting an object and the sleeve breaks loose from the inner splined bushing. When this happens, the drive shaft and other parts of the motor continue to spin, so that major damage to the motor is avoided.
Once your prop has been "spun", it is at the least, very difficult or impossible to get the boat under power. The rubber spline that has been torn or broken loose from the prop assembly can no longer provide enough torque from the drive shaft to the outer prop assembly. Because of the inability to provide enough torque, the engine will rev, but there will be very little or no forward speed created by the engine.
Hank Parker's Prop Aid is designed to fit over the end of the prop shaft and into the through hub exhaust ports of the prop. This will now allow the splined drive shaft to spin the Hank Parker's Prop Aid, which then turns the outer prop assembly. The prop is turned when the fingers of the Hank Parker's Prop Aid press against the ribs that connect the inner hub to the outer hub. All the boater has to do is remove the nut and washer from the prop shaft, insert Han Parker's Prop Aid, replace the nut and drive back to shore (at up to 2500 rpms).
