Each month we will feature a rod from one of our lines of rods. Each line of Kistler Rods has rods that will help you become a better and more successful angler. Kistler has rods for your favorite fishing technique. We are constantly working on new rods that will possibly be added to the Kistler line of rods.

This month's Rod of the Month is the Kistler Jig and Toad Rod. This rod is the pro's choice for fishing frogs in the thickest of vegetation. The Magnesium TS Jig and Toad rod has 9 guides (plus the tip). This 7 foot, fast action rod is rated for ¼-1 ½ ounce baits and 14-30lb line. This rod was designed with help from the Kistler Pro Staff and it has gone through extensive testing, so that we are able to give you the best rod for fishing for big fish that are under the thickest vegetation.

Currently, we are working on several rods to add to our Magnesium Technique Specific line of rods. Be sure to look for these rods in the near future.
