Kistler Family 2010 Honduras Mission Trip

My family and I have some exciting news we want to share. The six of us are planning on returning to Honduras for another short term mission trip on July 24, 2010. We have stepped out in faith that our needs for this trip will be met.
We had the honor of going to Honduras in 2008 and we came home overflowing with love for the people. On that trip, my kids and I hung out and played with as well as presented the gospel to the children of the village. My wife Larissa served along side Dr. Karr and others as he performed check-ups on the boys from Ninos de la Luz and helped those in the village that were ill.
This year, we know that as a team we are going to be working in the public schools and in the village, working on construction projects at Ninos de la Luz as well as offering dental services to anyone in need. We will also have the opportunity to visit with our two Ninos (Angel & Wilmer) that we support at the boys home, Ninos de la Luz.
We would be so blessed to have you come along side us in prayer for our family and the team that is going. If you feel led, we would also be tremendously grateful if you could support us financially in any way. I also know that you would be greatly blessed yourself knowing that you are a part of the joy and smiles from the Honduran children. Giving as little $10 would help our needs to be met.
Our 2008 trip was funded completely by us but we are not able to this time around, however, the children are still counting on us to visit again as we missed them last year. We also want others like yourself to be able to be a part of the blessings that go along with serving God’s people.
The amount we still need for the trip is $5400 as we have already been blessed with $3,000 in support as of July 19th.
