Our second generation Helium II LTX is proving to become the most popular fishing rod among professional anglers all over the world. The Helium II LTX series provides feather weight graphite design without sacrificing strength and durability. With the invention of our new state of the art “sure-grip” split handle design, you will experience more confidence and stability while setting the hook on big fish. We have removed the fore grip to maximize the vibrations to your fingers because “No Fore Grip = More Feel.” Our new proprietary solid, ultra-lightweight material throughout the newly designed handle will allow for even more sensitivity, allowing you to feel bites like never before.
Another advancement for 2008 is the FUJI ECS exposed reel seat with its offset, finger groove providing an enhanced ergonomic grip. When you combine this with Kistler’s trademarked “Smart Touch” reel seat, you have the most sensitive rod on the market. To keep weight to a minimum without sacrificing durability, the entire series features Batson Forecast, low-profile guides with silky smooth, copper zirconia rings and stainless steel deep pressed frames . The guide system is completed by the use of Kistler’s exclusive flanged ring tip tops which eliminate knocked out inserts due to extreme fishing conditions. Finally, as on all Kistler rods, we feature our wildly popular original “Hook Hanger” design which helps ensure that your hook points will not be damaged as with standard hook hangers.
